Ultrarunning
Go far. Stay present.
Long distances strip life back to essentials: movement, patience, attention and the next step. I run not simply to reach the finish, but to experience everything between the start and the end.
Build resilience. Enjoy the effort.
Through ultrarunning and mountaineering, I have been learning to stay present, remain humble, adapt when conditions change and enjoy the effort.

Go high. Stay humble.
Mountains cannot be hurried or controlled. They demand preparation, judgement, patience and respect - including knowing when to press on and when to turn back.
03
Keep going. Keep adapting.
Resilience is more than persistence. It is the capacity to adapt, recover and continue when the plan, the body, the weather or the mountain says otherwise.
04
Enjoy the effort.
Enjoyment is not a reward waiting at the finish. It is part of the practice. When effort itself has meaning, endurance becomes sustainable.
