It was another beautiful day on the trail today as Meg, Julie, Bruce and I ran the 50km at Trails+ You Yangs. The day was even more special as it was Meg’s first ultra. Congratulations, Meg!
We saw Kim, also from the Big Red Run, only briefly as she dashed through the start of the 30km. Garry came out to support after having completed his event, together with Meg’s and Julie’s families. We finished the race together as a team. A day on the trail does not get any better than this.
