The Beauty that is the Bibb Track, WA

Having been to the Bibbulmun Track in Western Australia twice (both thanks to Shaun Kaesler and his team for organising the 100 miler Feral Pig and the 200 miler Delirious W.E.S.T.), I feel that this 1,000-odd kilometre track, known fondly as the Bibb Track, is now a part of who I am.

I rarely take photos on runs these days. These are some of the clearer shots I managed to capture on iphone whilst on the run.

I chose the first photo at Peaceful Bay as the anchor image for this small gallery, partially due to its stunning scenery, more because – for me – this 200km sleep station was the calm before the storm that was the next leg to Boat Harbour Road ☀️☀️☀️⛰️⛰️⛰️

The snake triangle is even more special in this photo with the rarely sighted pink ribbon. I could do with more of those, especially during those weary long hauls at high tide ???
